The large-scale EU project "GreenTurn" has started with Austrian participation! ECONSULT and the logistics fulfilment service provider LogPOINT are on board – together they are developing and testing new methods for achieving zero-emission logistics in e-commerce.
The focus is on the decision-making behaviour of online shoppers, as well as information control and the possibilities of "behavioural interventions" – at the same time, new returns options are an issue! When and under what conditions are green delivery options perceived and selected when shopping online? What mechanisms, incentives and "nudges" are needed to achieve this?
As a partner of Austrian Logistics, we are very pleased to be able to contribute Austrian know-how to a Horizon 2020 project! This is a great success, as pilot activities and tests will also be carried out in Vienna over the next few years as part of the project – a contribution to Sustainable Logistics 2030+ and the SULP for Vienna
